Mike Chen really lives up to his review and amazing. I am an out of state buyer and you know how hard it is to not be there to see and evaluate the properties. But Mike made it so easy for us. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and goes above and beyond. He really knows the market and has a strong network. He took away all worries and almost like a family member looking out for you. He made it seem we were there even though we were across the country. I would highly recommend him.

We can’t say enough about the service Mike Chen provided for me and my wife. We are first time short term/ vacation property investors that live across the pacific and we were interested in finding a vacation home in Orlando. We did a google search for a realtor and was definitely drawn to Mike’s story. Here is a guy that practices what he preaches. He himself has his own vacation rental properties and has experience buying, managing, and booking his own properties. Michael guided us every step of the way from finding a good loan officer, property manager, and inspector. He knows what to look for in a good property and coincidently we chose a property that he is very familiar with. His advice, recommendations, and due diligence with answering my questions made this process much smoother than we had initially anticipated. He also negotiated a significant discount for us in a seller’s market, which to me proves that he is fighting for our best interest. We are so thankful for Mike’s expertise, recommendations and guidance. We have purchased this property sight unseen, but we have no doubt or worries about the property we just purchased thanks to Mike.
